There's no guarantee that you will get them at that point, nor is there a guarantee that you'll get most of them at that point. There's no guarantee you'll get half of them at that point, or a quarter, etc.
I think the OP just thinks that maybe their MM status is accidentally overriding their actual status, is all. The test for that, as I mentioned above, would be when the CPU arrow changes.
