In airport in Taipei using the Simple Choice int'l data roaming.

Phone camped on Chunghwa. Data indicator shows 3G/H/H+. Speeds are clearly throttled but it does work. I agree with a previous poster that throttled HSPA is far better than being limited to a physical 2G connection... This is pretty damned awesome.

Upon registering on the network I got 3 texts welcoming me to Taiwan and summarizing usage costs. Nice touch, though the data pack link doesn't work right, so still some kinks to work out. I'm not sure how I could actually buy a data pack... calling back to TMO is a pain.

Phones are TMO-branded Lumia 925, and open-market Lumia 920.
