As long as the receipt they sent by email has a ticket number on it (and it shows whatever changes you made), you really should be fine.

And what CWS says above.

I've had lots of tickets that I can't print out the receipt from the web site - paid via BA, paid via Agent, redemption... it just seems to happen.
