Avios booking changed and no confirmation received is this normal?
I changed my Avios booking last Saturday and details of my new flight are showing up on my BA page. However, I have not received my revised eticket email, nor have the additional avios been taken from account, also the extra payment has yet to be taken from my CC.
I phoned the EC a few days ago and they said they had the booking and would sort it out. Is this normal, do revised bookings normally take a while to sort out?
Whilst it would be lovely to receive the upgrade for free, I would rather ensure that we actually have seats on the plane. I have been able to go through to the AA website and book seats for that segment of my flight.
