I agree and said the same upthread.. The overall resort is amazing, but the front desk leaves much to be desired.. Just wait till the Ritz Carlton starts greeting guests by name before they get out of their taxi cab. The Hyatt needs to work on that.
Just returned and have to agree there has been a definite change in the front desk employees! Extremely curt and non-welcoming! Can't wait for the Ritz Carlton to open!
