My parents were on ek18 yesterday connecting to come go MRU where I am at the moment. 5 hour delay missed connection etc (luckily they got put on the 9.15 departure this morning).

Assuming 261 applies? They booked through a travel company as part of a package will they still get compensation? What will they be entitled to approx?
