As to your second, you'll almost certainly end up on CX/KA. Although other carriers might be options for particular routes, it's hard to beat CX/KA for frequency, reliability and consistency of service.
That means you'll be flying oneworld, but which oneworld FF program to credit to could be a more complicated question. It's been discussed quite a bit, so might be good to do a search and see what other posters have found in terms of pros and cons for given travel patterns over the years. Then if you have specific questions, come on back.
