My sense was that ANA tries hard, at least in advance, to release only 1 F seat per flight.
Ah, that explains things. Thanks. I'm also looking close in and can't find availability for 2 even in the next two weeks. I was thinking they might be pulling a LH on the close-in availability, but still nothing.
