I like them better then my QC15s.
1.) They function (albeit without noise cancelation) without the power being on. This makes them legal to wear during takeoff and landing and usable when you forget to charge them. (A charge last me for twenty hours.)
2.) The are lighter, more comfortable and don't leave your ears wet with perspiration if you wear them for hours at a time.
3.) They are much smaller in size than then a set of headphones.
4.) They have a button which allows you to hear ambient sounds/conversations without having to remove your earphones.
