Smisek said the above statement to CNN's Richard Quest. Smisek refers to being focused on "customer service" and the "culture". This was two and some months ago and look what him and his team have done.
Good lord... I know this is a transcript, and I know this isn't OMNI-PR, but this guy makes Sarah Palin look eloquent and erudite!
