Air Canada has sent me a Hotel voucher for ANA hotel in Singapore and two ground transportation vouchers. It was sent to me because of a schedule change on my Montreal-Adelaide Award Ticket on Air Canada / NH / SQ.

My question is: does anyone know who I give the ground transportation voucher to? I checked the ANA Hotel website and I could not find info on Hotel shuttle service.
