I just want to know as to the circumstances that a seat map will not show up, and the message (This seat map option is not available at this moment. Please contact your travel provider for information regarding your seats - with an AC logo on the page with the message) will show up: if as I claim, no entries have been mis-entered in the spaces requiring details of the flightinformation.
