I went back to the web site. It has view seatmap, view galileo, and view etour buttons.

I originally go to the view etour or view galileo options, and then press view seat map - I get no seatmaps, and the message that I placed in the previous post.

I then decided to go out of the web site, and then back in - and enter the flight info, and press "view seat map" - it worked!

I wonder if there is a glitch, by pressing one of the other 2 options first, and then immediately pressing the "view seat map" option?

Or put it another way, under what circumstances does one get the message that I was getting repeatedly ("this seat map is not available at this moment...), until a few minutes ago, without making any omissions or mistakes in the entries to the appropriate spaces?
