For example, I put in Day (eg 25), month (eg May), airline (eg AC), flight number (eg 163 or 165), class (either I leave it empty, or I put either J or Y), from (eg YOW), to (eg YVR).

I get the following message:

This seat map option is not available at this moment. Please contact your travel provider for information regarding your seats.
