We are landing at 9pm night and taking off at 140pm from ase. Any advice on what i can tell her to reassure her that the ASE airport is safe even a night landing?

In bad weather do they usually land in EGE and bus you? Early december you dont usually get the huge storms thankfully. The last two years there was like no snow and grass early december in aspen town elevtion but weather can change. These flights seem to cancel easily but i can understand given the terrain. Also early december is before the big ski rush so i know the flights wont be oversold like after christmas.
If your friend is frightened by stories of plane crashes, she might want to reconsider departing from Denver. Commercial aircraft have had three accidents with fatalities there since 1950. Aspen hasn't had any.

That's probably not going to relieve her anxiety though. It also tells you nothing about the relative risks of flying into and out of those two places.

EDIT: I'm trying to point out that it's really easy for nervous flyers to find something to worry about, not to suggest any meaningful correlation between an airport's location and its safety record.
