I have recently made a booking via BA.com to go to KL. This involves flying with BA on 1 sector and MH from LHR > KL.

My problem is this, in MMB, I can't choose a seat on the MH flight (I am BA Silver) but more importantly, I can't request a special meal (I am vegan).

I have tried going into the booking on MH's website but it won't accept the booking ref and I also called BA, who said they can't do anything but advised me to contact MH directly by phone.

I then called MH (on a Malaysian number I may add) but there was an 98 minute wait to speak to someone.

Does anybody have any bright ideas?
