This put them inline with Air Canada, and other TPAC carriers.
Thankfully, MPO elites won't be harmed too bad with this 'devaluation' and still have at least two pieces of allowance.
Cutting Y into one piece will dramatically generate a lot of value from bags where a lot of O&D passengers carry three or even more bags per person, which I totally get.
However, if they want to lure some folks to pay for PE, they better make it nicer than the current baggage allowance, not to downgrade them.
