Did you call Hyatt Gold Passport or Hyatt reservations and asked about AAA/CAA?
The hotel offered Limited Time promotion last year, and I think they'll run the same promo again. As time passes, I noticed rates eke up and, perhaps this is in preparation for their Limited Time offer Promotion which is cheaper than the FF or prepaid advance rates.
If you are a Costco member, than often, this is the best deal offered to the public for GHK.
