Global entry would have the same problem. But I am not part of Global Entry. At Chicago, all US citizens now go through a computer line very much like Global Entry. There were about 30 computers, so there was no wait. I understand they will roll this system out across the country someday, making Global entry not worth it. No my problem is that AA cannot add the JR suffix to the ticket info, so it will never match the Passport.
