Depends on who you're trying to call...

If on WiFi Calling while abroad...
* Calls back to the US - free
* Calls to within the country you're in - $0.20/min
* Calls to other countries - not sure

If on another cellular network abroad...
* Calls back to the US - $0.20/min
* Calls to within the country you're in - $0.20/min
* Calls to other countries - not sure
