before posting on FT, you should have contacted the GM the morning of and explained that his/her staff, as well intentioned as they were, walked a PLAT 100. i'm certain that person would have taken care of you. i think you are entitled a refund and some points, but you should at least try to get some hush points out of this.

there are many more egregious things in life than this, but in the SPG world walking a PLAT100 is pretty serious. obviously you're not very offended, but you should be!
