I googled it and somewhere on here someone had said it was a 'space available J class upgrade'. But what does that mean? Is it an op-up or an airport upgrade?

Just curious, as I've never seen it before. A friend just posted a picture of her BP on facebook and under CW (where the FF number would be) it says 53B / J45.
