The following roundtrip pricing is for tomorrow (Friday). You'd have to fly tomorrow to have any reasonable chance of your Gold status posting by Sunday. Even then, it's not a given. It's possible it would post by the time you got to NRT which would give you lounge access. Given the uncertainty, I'm not sure I would bother as you would already have Gold locked in for the flights back.
