Welcome to Flyertalk.

Looks like the two options you found are rather good. I'd take one. I can't speak to the value of Gold on DL but I do know that it wont process in the system until after you have left for HK (even if you flew today) so you might as well skip the MR because by time you go to fly home you will be gold.
