Troubles with CX Website?
I've spent the last couple of hours trying to sort out a multi sector booking, and the HKG-SYD sector seems to be causing a few glitches.
The flights in question (CX101, CX111, CX161 on Wednesday 05 November)- the show up on the flight selection screen, however, upon moving to the payment page, up pops a message saying some of the selected flights are not available.
Dig a little deeper and the seat selector option shows all biz seats on these flights to be "not available"; while ExpertFlyer shows availability as high as 7 in all the fare buckets.
Given the website was dropping out on me a few times, I'm inclined to chalk this up to a technical glitch and try again tomorrow.
Thoughts?
