Come on guys. It is just a phone line. Anybody really thinks LH sets up a new call center?
The calls will just be routed into an existing one. Maybe answered before others. When the phone display shows "First Class line incoming call" the agents will answer the phone accordingly.
Furthermore LH is phasing out First more and more. So they would not invest in a new cost center.
I worked long time in the call center business. Not as an agent on the phone, but as business analyst. Anybody who thinks he really gets what he dials is pretty naiv.
