Trying to redeem for a business class ticket from one of four European airports (all and any can be worked into the pre-vacation work trips to start off from) to Johannesburg, which is served by LH, LX, SA - so a fair few.
On a day to day scan covering almost 7 months, UA can only offer LH coach (for a business mileage) or MS "business" (that shambles is not business class no matter how they market it) or sometimes ET via ADD.
United call center advises that only what is shown online is permitted, they will not look for other things.
Really?
No one will look for a seat on any of the other planes? LX 7weekly, LH 7weekly SA 28weekly (LON FRA MUC) ...

I'm really glad i have EXP at AA as my "real" membership.

But would welcome some feedback from more experienced users of UA MP.
