Cathay already has a tier that rewards truly high value customers- DM+. There may not be a set qualification requirement as PPS does, but it seems to be what you want- the airline rewarding HVCs.
I take issue with your idea that someone flying 120k in Y is somehow inferior to someone who flies 96k in J or 80k in F. They've earned every Club Mile just as legitimately as the J and F traveler- why do you think they do not deserve to be recognized by the airline for that?

As usual u r putting words in my mouth and always being presumptuous. When did I say it is inferior? I said that they contribute less profit than J and F pax and therefore the recognition to the higher revenue pax should be diff. In case u don't know a long time ago they do require F and J sectors.
