Meant the terminal itself was cramped and horrible. The lounge was just crowded and dated. Maybe it just looked old fashioned in the dark. Green kinda eighties color on the walls and it was crowded, with furniture and people. Only place to sit was by sliding in the rows facing the TV.
Showers were better than T5, but spray cover came off as soon as I turned the water on.
Could also be that the BA clubs I'm most familiar with are much nicer, especially the GC, GF, and CCR at T5 (except the terrible showers)!
