I'm new to GUF2s. Two questions for me which need some clarification:
- I understand you can use a GUF2 either for a revenue ticket or an award ticket, but it's not clear to me whether you can upgrade a revenue ticket in J (say) to F using reward availability? I hope you can
- I noticed that there's a clause stating that you can't use a GUF2 on a booking that contains any other carrier - is that really true? So if I've booked a mileage run starting on BA and ending on AA flights, I won't be able to upgrade the BA flights? That will seriously annoy me if true - all of my flights involve BA and AA - if I split them up it will cost me more!
