I think that it is quite a statement to suggest that one should "beware" of the food in the F lounge. I'm sure that like all establishments that serve food the lounge kitchens are checked regularly.

I really don't see how you can make the connection to the BA lounges at LHR, they are not related in any way. That would be the same as suggesting that when one pizza establishment in Sydney is shut down for poor hygiene patrons are at risk when eating at any other pizza establishment around the world.
