FWIW this may not be out of line with my experience on 777, when take-off to pudding arrival was over 2 hours 30 minutes.

It is however at variance with my 747 UD experience. I expect that it is something to do with cabin size.

Other concerns raised, especially lighting and advertising, are extremely poor form.
