We bought into the Bluegreen timeshare program about 12 years ago, so I am fairly familiar with most of the properties. We ended up finding a guy on craigslist selling for $1!! They run the gamut from I wasn't crazy about it, to pretty nice. Many great properties, if you are looking for more space and are traveling with family, but not for you if you are Ritz people. I haven't looked at the exchange program too much as my impression was that it was not too good going to (rather than from) the Choice program.
