I know QF did for a fact (and not just talking about the wing issues) as a distant relative in SYD actually works on them and was heavily involved in the QF A380 programme.

I'm more curious and not trying to defend BA!
The aircraft just passed its 6th anniversary of revenue service with SQ. No idea on whether there were teething issues as I didn't fly it for the first couple of years.
