badoc also did a TR on F on the outbound and we were on the same flight, me being in WTP.
You're right re one of the CC saying it would take the crews (both MF and WW) to get used to the service routine and I am sure it is buried in the Ask the Staffer thread IIRC. (Not 100% sure though)
