Sorry to hear about the seat and the other issues and a bit of a mixed bag there opalfruit

Another new A380 and I believe this one was handed over on the 10th October but I am not sure how many commercial flights it has done. Until all the crews have flown it regularly and any technical gremlins sorted then these issues will happen, unfortunately.

My meal service on the way out to LAX was 2 hours 10 minutes from pushback to the trays taken away which was very good and other have reported timings elsewhere including Prospero and corporate-wage-slave. There were major heating issues in WTP as there was everywhere else as I posted a thread on that.

AFAIK the seats are the same and the aisle ones are no different in size.

Did you inform the UD SCCM/FTCSM or/and CSM of the issues whilst on board?

I think you have certainly done the right thing providing feedback to BA about this as I did which was acknowledged with a fairly quick response.

Overall, I would still go out of my way to fly this plane again and I agree the Lycamobile adverts were a PITA!!
