Can we call that number to book F awards also? Probably only if you intend to buy F. As soon as an agent realizes that you intend to buy/change etc. an A fare your call is transfered to Turkey/CPT...
I'm waiting for clarification from LH as far as what the DO's and DON'Ts are for using the new hotline. I should have something from them by tomrw morning.
