You can only use the sleeping rooms if:
i) you are connecting to a first class flight (including intra-gulf)
ii) you are connecting to a business class flight and have arrived from LHR, FRA, MUC or CDG in F
You cannot use the sleeping rooms if you are connecting to a business class flight and have arrived on a first class flight from any other destination.
QR's first class lounge set-up is a bit strange because most of their long haul routes do not offer F. This will change when 380 arrives though.
F to BAH for USD 500 = F lounge access, including sleeping rooms
J to IAH for USD 5,000 = J lounge access, no sleeping rooms
