I did that at ATL back in 2009 during a severe irrops episode. My flight had been canceled and was rebooked the next morning so I booked a room at the Hilton. While waiting in baggage claim two British guys were screaming at a baggage service agent telling her how horrible Delta was and how they couldn't believe they couldn't get the F out of ATL tonight. They kept yelling about how next time they would fly on AA...LOL! I told them to give her a break and that the agent nor Delta had any control over the weather. The quickly told me to "piss off" and continued to berate the agent. I called the airport police. Before that experience I was always under the impression that our friends across the pond were so much more civilized than us unpolished Americans...
