Completely untrue. In the F lounges, there is a limited selection except in The Haven at The Pier which features a better buffet, a carvery, and an a la carte menu which changes (I am told) weekly, usually with matched wines. If you want a decent meal and have access to F lounges, The Wing is vastly superior
