A guest redeeming points. It is highly absurd that a "high-end" hotel that charges close to 1k/nt nickels and dimes its guest. A hotel of this caliber should provide certain services such as this complimentary. I will probably fire off an email because this is ridiculous. Talk about greedy. It makes people wonder what the heck they are getting for a hefty price tag.
Unfortunately, it is the high end hotels that are most likely to "nickel and dime" guests. The Four Seasons chain, for example, still charges most folks for internet as noted above. The Palace hotel in NYC does too.
