I got up there too late. Trust me I would have been all over videoing it.

To your second point, how would you have approached a very red-faced angry man of which you had no idea what he was upset about?

Had I known it was a matter of him being a whiny self-centered brat and had gotten to the gate sooner, what would you propose me (or any one) to say to him/her?
