I just checked out possible business class booking for AKL>HKG on the AirNZ website. It described Cathay Pacific code share business class as "Arm chair seating" and ANZ as 'fully flat bed'. In my view the seats are essentially the same lie flat bed/seat but AirNZ is twice the price!
