The busses from The Swolphin to the MK go directly to the park. You can buy your tickets at the guest services window to the right of the turnstiles. It probably also possible to buy them at the hotel - ask when you check in.
Right, there's a ticket office right in the Swan, next to the concierge near the elevators. They stay open fairly late too.
I can also attest to the direct MK bus.
