Shocking customer service - Marco Polo

I recently gone through the Asia mile redemption as well but I made mine online initially and then confirmed the inbound flight via phone at a later date.

Did you pay taxes and surcharges on the award ticket? ( check Credit card statement)
Did you receive a cancellation email? (I had mine expired and received one)
