Correct, YYZ-LGA only.

Sounds like I should just show up to the airport early and go to the check-in desk to ask about standby on an earlier flight. Will they confirm at the check-in desk or just standby until I get to the gate to ask?

No status, so if I fail, I guess I'll just bum around somewhere
