use status match. I see that as having far more value overall (I realize this is different for some). The annual CR-1 benefit was specifically (and repeatedly) enumerated on the UA side, though.
Which is even more argument to make it a choice. You can have the 2 annual CR-1's (RPU's) or the spousal benefit. Would make both sides happy. At least with regards to this one item.
