I was rejected for Arrival in June and just reapplied (4 months later). They denied me, and when I called reconsideration they said their system just instantly rejects you without a hard pull if you've been rejected in the last 6 months. (I ended up getting approved, but that's because I had been denied because of a credit report error, so I asked them to re-pull.)
