If you buy E+ for your new flight, my personal experience is that they will refund you the fees for E+ on your old flight. Just include the "document number" for your new E+ reservation when you submit the refund form.

But, if you don't buy E+ for your new flight, be prepared to for a drawn out effort to get your money back. Took me three months and a charge back on my credit card before I got a refund for my "voluntary" reschedule , despite the $300 in change fees that I had to pay.
