Not really much to do. But because you will be connecting to a first class flight there are private sleeping rooms with real beds available in the Premium Terminal. You could try for one of these but there may be an element of risk since they may be occupied by passengers arriving before you.
The guaranteed alternative is the Oryx Rotana hotel, which is extremely close to the airport and within walking distance of the Premium Terminal (but not the Arrivals Terminal, which you will have to go through if entering the country).

I think that this is because HKG-DOH is in business class and DOH-DXB is in first class. BA.com seems confused on this point at the moment.
